What We Do

Mobile Hydraulic Repair, Done at Your Equipment

From a burst hose at harvest to a leaking cylinder on a job site, we handle hydraulic repairs where the machine sits. Here's what we work on most.

On-Site Hose Fabrication

The core of what we do. We match your failed hose by size, pressure rating, and fittings and build a new one right there on the truck.

Fitting & Adapter Replacement

JIC, ORFS, SAE ORB, NPT, and metric. Wrong or worn fittings leak and won't seal — we identify and replace them correctly.

Learn more →

Hydraulic Cylinder Service

Blown seals, scored rods, or a cylinder that won't hold load. We diagnose leaks and get lift, tilt, and steering circuits working.

Learn more →

Field & Farm Breakdowns

A machine down in a field or orchard can't be towed in. We bring the shop to you so harvest and work keep moving.

Learn more →

Truck & Trailer Hydraulics

Dump beds, wet kits, lift gates, and rams. Leaking or slow hydraulics on a work truck cost you loads — we get them tight again.

Learn more →

Leak Diagnosis & System Checks

Losing fluid but can't find where? We trace hydraulic leaks and pressure problems across the whole circuit, not just the obvious hose.

Why the Valley Calls Us

We Build the Hose, We Don't Order It

Custom Hoses, Made On the Spot

We carry hose, fittings, and a crimper on the truck. Most hoses get matched and rebuilt on-site — you're not waiting days for a dealer to order a part number.

We Come to the Equipment

Downed machines are hard to move. Field, orchard, job site, or yard — we bring the shop to you so the repair happens where the machine sits.

Ag & Heavy-Equipment Focused

Tractors, loaders, excavators, skid steers, dump trucks. We work hydraulics day in and day out — the fittings, the ratings, and the failure modes.

Simple & Straightforward

How It Works

No runaround. Just a fast path from "it blew" to back in service.

1

Call Us

Tell us the machine, what let go, and where you are. The more you can describe the leak, the faster we roll with the right hose and fittings.

2

We Come to You

We head out to the equipment — field, shop, or roadside — with hose stock, fittings, and the crimper on board.

3

We Match & Build

We read the old hose — inside diameter, pressure rating, fitting type — and fabricate the replacement to match, right there.

4

Back to Work

New hose on, system topped off and checked for leaks, and your equipment is running again.

When to Call About Your Hydraulics

Hydraulic problems rarely fix themselves and running a system that's failing can turn a cheap hose into an expensive pump or cylinder. If you're seeing any of these, get a mobile hydraulic pro on the phone.

A hose blew or is spraying fluid. A burst high-pressure hose drops the machine and dumps oil fast. Shut it down — pressurized fluid can inject under the skin — and call for a proper on-site rebuild, not a patch.

Blown HoseMost urgent — shut down & call

Slow, weak, or jerky movement. A loader that lifts slow, a boom that drifts down, or steering that feels soft often means a failing cylinder seal, a restriction, or air in the system — worth diagnosing before it strands you.

Weak / Slow FunctionCatch it before it quits

Losing fluid but can't find where. A drop in reservoir level with no obvious puddle means a weep or a leak under pressure. Running a low system starves the pump — the most expensive part to replace.

Hydraulic Repair Questions, Answered

Can you make a hydraulic hose on-site?
Yes — that's the core of mobile hydraulic service. We carry hose, fittings, and a crimper on the truck, so in most cases we match your old hose by inside diameter, pressure rating, and fitting type and build a new one right there. You don't wait days for a dealer to order a part number. Call (559) 206-3899.
My hose blew on a tractor out in the field — can you come to me?
That's exactly what mobile service is built for. Downed equipment in a field, orchard, or job site is hard to move, so we come to the machine instead. Tell us what you're running, roughly where the leak is, and your location, and we'll head out. Call (559) 206-3899.
How do I know what hydraulic hose I need?
You usually don't need to know the exact spec — the old hose tells the story. A hose is matched by inside diameter (dash size), pressure rating (SAE 100R type or spiral), overall length, and the fittings on each end (JIC, ORFS, ORB, NPT, or metric). We identify all of that from your failed hose and build the replacement to match.
Can you temporarily fix a hydraulic hose?
A hydraulic hose runs at very high pressure, so a taped or clamped patch isn't safe or lasting — it can burst and inject fluid under the skin, which is a serious injury. The right fix is a new hose built to the correct rating. Because we fabricate on-site, the proper repair is usually just as fast as a patch would be. Call (559) 206-3899.
Do you cover all of Fresno County?
Yes — Fresno, Clovis, Selma, Sanger, Kerman, Reedley, Kingsburg, Fowler, and the surrounding farm and ranch country throughout Fresno County and the Central Valley.
Local Knowledge

Hydraulic Work in the Central Valley

Fresno County sits at the heart of one of the most equipment-dense farming regions in the country — tractors, harvesters, nut shakers, loaders, and irrigation equipment running hard through long, dusty, hot seasons. That workload is tough on hydraulics: heat thins fluid and ages hose, abrasion and flexing wear covers through to the wire braid, and dust works into fittings and cylinder seals. When a hose lets go mid-season, the machine can't move to a shop and every hour down costs real money — which is exactly why on-site fabrication, rather than ordering a hose and waiting, is how work gets kept moving out here.
